Refund policy

You will be fully reimbursed with refunds or compensations based on concerns with our end of the purchase, such as product disfigurement and/or damage made before the shipping process; if the shipping process has made any sort of damage or alteration to the product making it unlike the product seen in the website (https://www.empirebilliards.com, and all subsites), you may visit our store and/or contact page, both viewable via our website, privacy policy, and terms of service. If the damages were not on the product when arrived or are not reported within 3 days after delivery, we may not issue a refund and/or compensation; however, you may still contact us via contact information above. If the damages were caused during the unloading, construction, and/or placement of the object, you may also contact us for a possible resolution. A compensation of 15% of the total purchase amount to our company and corporation will have to be made when refunds take place without any damages or alterations of the product caused on our end; please contact our staff members in-person at:

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer of the product(s) and overall purchase, and they will be held responsible for both the shipping back to our company address above and the 15% compensation fee (for restocking). For shipping, customers will also be responsible in finding carriers and purchasing quotes, as well as all other necessary actions to ensure a secured return shipment. For guidance, you may contact our staff with the information above. Refunds will be issued with the deducted 15% of the total purchase after the shipment has arrived.
